Let me introduce you to Tori Connell, the face (and heart!) behind Serendipity Skin Wellness.
A New Chapter Rooted in Purpose
Tori was born and raised right here in the Lynchburg area, and after graduating from Radford University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations, she dove into the tech world. For years, she worked as a Project Manager for a software company serving network engineers in the telecommunications field. She led global teams—across the US, Canada, the UK, India, and Australia—and thrived in a fast-paced, remote work environment that many would consider a dream job. However, she wanted more than spreadsheets and screens—she wanted to connect, to help people feel seen and cared for.
So she went back to school, studied esthetics, and stepped into a brand-new chapter. And in March of 2024, Serendipity Skin Wellness was born—a dark, moody, deeply peaceful space where clients can unwind, exhale, and reconnect with themselves.
